Summary
Bug
When writing a summary in the Bug title, include the area and function where the problem occurs. If there is no work around to this bug and it is a vital area of need then label it as “Showstopper”
Feature
When writing a summary in the Feature title, include the area and function where the enhancement is required.
Description
Add a description describing the enhancement or bug in detail. Specify all the relevant information, so the development group will have as much details as possible
For all Mobile App Bugs, the below are required:

How to reproduce
Bugs & Showstoppers
Any bugs/showstoppers must have a loom video with voiceover showing and explaining the issue for the Dev team to reproduce it.
Feature Requests
Explain the feature request with as much detail as possible in the loom video and show where/how this would be placed/used in the system
